吳博士的研究領域包括媒體心理學、媒體效應及新媒體技術的社會影響。 他最近研究新媒體技術的心理影響與使用動機、人工智能互動及人工智能中介傳播。他曾為香港大學新聞及傳媒研究中心的博士後研究員,在香港浸會大學傳理學院取得傳理博士學位。
