陳思賢教授是最近透過「人才100」計劃加入香港浸會大學（浸大）傳理學院的學者，他涉獵的學術領域極為廣泛，能夠將涵蓋政治科學、公共管理、政策研究、社會學、城市研究、文化研究和電影與媒體研究的跨學科知識，應用於多角度思考、闡釋論證和批判性分析。陳教授於2021年2月到浸大履新，於電影學院、新聞系和政治及國際關係學系從事教學及研究工作。
陳教授於英國劍橋大學取得社會和政治科學博士學位後在新加坡國立大學 （國大） 開展他的教研生涯。在國大的二十多年間，他曾任教於政治科學學系與大學學者計劃，及後擔任李光耀公共政策學院的副院長(學術事務)。陳教授是一名屢獲殊榮的教育家，他曾獲國大頒發最高殊榮—傑出教育者獎；亦曾獲選為國大教育學院理事會會長。他互動、體驗式和帶動社會變革的教學風格備受肯定。
