張引博士致力推動跨領域的人文、社會科學及計算機科學研究,積極參與國際及本地的跨院校研究合作。其研究領域包括電腦媒介傳播、社會網絡分析、大數據分析以及生活質素研究。他的研究成果發表在國際學術期刊及書籍,並曾在國際學術會議上獲得獎項。他目前為Media Asia學刊擔任副編輯。

張博士在香港中文大學取得博士學位;加入浸會大學之前,他在中文大學香港亞太研究所從事跨學科研究工作,並在新聞與傳播學院執教本科及碩士課程。
