张引博士致力推动跨领域的人文、社会科学及计算机科学研究,积极参与国际及本地的跨院校研究合作。其研究领域包括电脑媒介传播、社会网络分析、大数据分析以及生活质素研究。他的研究成果发表在国际学术期刊及书籍,并曾在国际学术会议上获得奖项。他目前是Media Asia学刊的副编辑。

张博士在香港中文大学取得博士学位;加入浸会大学之前,他在中文大学香港亚太研究所从事跨学科研究工作,并执教新闻与传播学院的本科和硕士课程。
